Booking Policy At Dream Theory Films LLC, we strive to provide exceptional videography services tailored to your needs. Please take a moment to review our booking policies: Payment Terms: All payments are final. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The amount will be specified at the time of booking. Project Variability: Project timelines, including filming and editing, may vary based on the specifics of your project. We will communicate any changes promptly. Communication: Open communication is vital for a successful project. Clients are encouraged to discuss all project details, expectations, and any adjustments with the videographer assigned to their project. Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date will incur a $50 cancellation fee. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be done at least 48 hours before the original booking date. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary information and materials needed for the project to ensure timely execution.
